Last updated: 17 August 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed with OSS Technology Ltd t/a Online Spy Shop ("we", "us", "our") via www.keylessgain.com (the "Site"). Please read these Terms carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept them, you cannot buy products from us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

2. ELIGIBILITY & LAWFUL USE

2.1. You must be 18 years or over to purchase from the Site.

2.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any products purchased from us is lawful and complies with all applicable laws (including, where relevant, data protection, privacy, communications and surveillance laws).

2.3. Our products are sold for legitimate uses only (e.g. safety, security, evidence preservation). You must obtain all necessary consents before making any recording and must not use our products to commit or facilitate a crime or to infringe another person’s rights.

2.4. Nothing in these Terms authorises unlawful surveillance; where in doubt, seek independent legal advice.

3. INFORMATION ON THE SITE

3.1. We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are correct; however, minor variations may occur.

3.2. Packaging may vary from that shown.

3.3. All weights, measurements and capacities are approximate.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

4.1. All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). If VAT rates change, we will adjust where legally required (this will not affect orders already paid in full).

4.2. We will always display the total price you will pay before you place your order, including all mandatory charges (e.g. taxes and compulsory fees). Optional extras (e.g. express delivery) will be presented clearly and separately before checkout.

4.3. We try to ensure that all pricing on the Site is accurate. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will contact you to give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

4.4. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and bank transfer (BACS) via our secure provider Mollie B.V. Payment is taken at the time of order.

4.5. Orders may be subject to verification and fraud screening by our payment provider. We may request additional proof of identity/payment and may report suspected fraud to law enforcement.

5. ORDERING & CONTRACT FORMATION

5.1. Your order is an offer to buy. We will email you to acknowledge receipt.

5.2. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

5.3. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example, when products are unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or our security checks indicate a risk of fraud. Any payments taken will be refunded if we cancel an order before dispatch.

6. DELIVERY (US) DISPATCH & CUT-OFF TIME

6.1. Orders received before 12:00 noon (Mon–Fri, excluding UK bank holidays): we aim to dispatch the same working day.

6.2. Orders received after 12:00 noon (Mon–Fri): dispatched the next working day.

6.3. Weekend orders (Sat–Sun): dispatched on Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday).

All cut-off times are US local time .

Dispatch times are best‑efforts targets and may be affected by fraud/ID checks, stock issues and peak trading periods.

6.4. US DELIVERY OPTIONS FREE DELIVERY (2-3 WORKING DAYS)

Fulfilled by DHL, USPS or FedEx (selected at our discretion). Typical service level is 2–3 working days from dispatch. Tracking updates are provided by email and, if you opt in, by SMS, with a timed delivery window where offered by the carrier.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

Fulfilled primarily by DHL, USPS or FedEx Tracked 24 (Signature). Orders placed before 12:00 noon (Mon–Fri) are aimed for next working day delivery to eligible postcodes. Tracking updates by email/SMS with a timed window where offered.

SATURDAY DELIVERY

Fulfilled by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Saturday) where available. Orders must be received before 12:00 noon on Friday. If we fail to dispatch in time for the Saturday service you selected, we will refund the Saturday surcharge; carrier delays outside our control are handled under Section 7 & 29.

6.5. TRACKING AND TIMED WINDOWS

We will send tracking details when your order is dispatched. Email and optional SMS updates are provided by the carrier and may include a delivery window. These windows are estimates and not guaranteed.

6.6. ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

6.6.1 We deliver to the address you provide at checkout; please ensure it is accurate and accessible.

6.6.2. A signature may be required. Carriers may deliver to a neighbour or designated collection point if no one is available.

6.6.3. Address changes after dispatch are not always possible and may delay delivery.

6.7. MISSED DELIVERIES, SAFE PLACES, UNDELIVERABLES, DAMAGED & LOST PARCELS

6.7.1. If you miss a delivery, the carrier will leave a card or message with re‑delivery/collection options.

6.7.2. If you instruct a carrier to leave a parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, delivery is deemed to have occurred when the carrier records it as delivered to that location.

6.7.3. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. incorrect address, uncollected from depot) can be re‑shipped (additional postage applies) or refunded for the goods minus the original outbound postage and any return charges levied by the carrier.

6.7.4. Please notify us as soon as possible if a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing. Courier claim windows can be short (often 7–14 days from delivery/expected delivery). Keep packaging and provide photos where relevant so we can investigate with the carrier.

6.8. SERVICE LIMITS & EXCLUSIONS

6.8.1. Some services are unavailable to certain postcodes, remote areas, PO Boxes or offshore locations, or may take longer than stated. Heavy/oversize items may require an alternative service.

6.8.2. Current options are shown at checkout.

6.8.3. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless we have agreed an essential date in writing (see Section 7).

6.9. RISK & OWNERSHIP

You own the products once we have received full payment. Risk passes to you when the products are delivered to you (or to a person/place you nominate in accordance with Section 6.7.2).

7. DELAYS & YOUR REMEDIES

If there is a risk of substantial delay, we will let you know and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact. Where an essential delivery date was agreed and we miss it, you may end the contract and receive a full refund. If no date was agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days of the contract unless otherwise agreed with you.

8. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY & CUSTOMS COURIERS & TRACKING

8.1. International parcels are shipped with UPS or FedEx and are fully trackable.

8.2. If you have a courier preference, please tell us before placing your order. We will try to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee a specific carrier or service.

9. SERVICES & PRICES

Standard shipping — $39.00; estimated 6–8 working days from dispatch.

Expedited shipping — $49.00; estimated 4–5 working days from dispatch.

“Working days” exclude weekends and public holidays in both the US and the destination country.

10. DELIVERY ESTIMATES (NOT GUARANTEES)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, security checks, weather, remote‑area routing and local carrier operations. Where an essential date has been agreed in writing, Section 7 applies, but please note that customs processes are outside our control.

11. DUTIES, TAXES & CLEARANCE FEES

11.1. Orders shipped outside the US may incur import VAT/GST, customs duties, brokerage and clearance fees. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, shipments are sent on a DAP/Delivered At Place, Incoterms® 2020 basis, and these charges are your responsibility.

11.2. If you refuse to pay duties/fees or the parcel is returned as undeliverable, we will refund the product price minus: (i) the original outbound shipping; and (ii) any return shipping and clearance charges the carrier bills us.

11.3. Some countries require ID or tax numbers (e.g., EORI, national ID) for import. Please provide these promptly when requested to avoid delays.

12. REMOTE-AREA SURCHARGES & COST CHANGES

Certain destinations or oversize/overweight items may attract a remote‑area or oversize surcharge from the courier. We try to absorb extra costs, but where this is not possible, we will contact you for approval before shipping. If you do not agree, you may cancel for a full refund.

13. ADDRESS ELIGIBILITY & DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Some locations (e.g., PO Boxes, military addresses, islands/remote regions) may be ineligible for certain services or may take longer than stated. A signature may be required on delivery. Address changes after dispatch are not always possible and may delay delivery.

14. MISSED, DAMAGED & LOST DELIVERIES

Please notify us as soon as possible if a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing. Courier claim windows can be short (often 7–14 days from delivery/expected delivery). Keep packaging and provide photos where relevant so we can investigate with the carrier.

15. IMPORT LEGALITY & PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS

You are responsible for ensuring the products are lawful to import and use in the destination country (see Section 17). Certain radio/transmitting equipment may be restricted, require licenses, or be prohibited.

16. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (CHANGE YOUR MIND)

If you are a consumer purchasing online or by phone, you have a 14‑day right to cancel your order without giving any reason, starting the day after you (or your nominee) receive the goods.

16.1. To cancel, contact us using the details in Section 1 (email is fine), quoting your order number. You may use our model cancellation form (available on request), but you don’t have to.

16.2. After cancellation, please return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

16.3. We will refund the price you paid, including the standard delivery cost (if charged), within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or receiving evidence you have sent them back).

16.4. We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in value of the goods caused by unnecessary handling (i.e. beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).

Packaging: Please return items with original packaging and accessories where possible. Original packaging is not a requirement for your cancellation right.

Exemptions: Your cancellation right does not apply to:

(i) goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

(ii) sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

(iii) sealed audio, video or software products if the seal is broken after delivery.

(iv) digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium, after download/streaming has begun, with your express consent.

If you're sending a product back because it was the wrong color, it would be reasonable for you to open the parcel and take it out of the bubble wrap, but it would not be reasonable for you to remove the product from a sealed clear plastic bag as you would have been able to see it was the wrong color without taking it out. We reserve the right (see point 16.4) to request a deduction of money from your refund if you have opened parts of the package unnecessarily, as we can claim the product's value has been reduced.

17. DELIVERY DEADLINES

17.1. If we have agreed to deliver by a specific, essential date and we miss that deadline, you may treat the contract as ended and receive a full refund.

17.2. If no date was agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days of the contract unless we agree otherwise with you. If no date was agreed, delivery will take place within 30 days of the contract, unless we agree otherwise with you.

18. FAULTY GOODS – YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

18.1. If your product is faulty, you have a short‑term right to reject the product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

18.2. After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If these are unsuccessful or cannot be provided within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or final right to reject.

18.3. These rights apply in addition to any manufacturer or seller warranty and do not affect your statutory rights.

19. RETURNS PROCESS (ALL RETURNS)

19.1. Please contact us for a returns authorization and the correct returns address before sending items back.

19.2. Pack products securely. We may refuse refunds for items returned damaged due to inadequate packaging.

19.3. For security products with user credentials/storage (e.g. memory cards), please remove personal data before returning. We are not responsible for loss of data from returned items.

20. REFUND PROCESSING

20.1. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they have been sent back.

20.2. We will refund the standard delivery charge (if paid). Expedited delivery charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

20.3. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

21. RESPONSIBILITY FOR FAULTY GOODS

We, as the retailer, are responsible for all matters relating to faulty goods under these Terms. You are not required to contact the manufacturer directly.

22. PRODUCTS THAT USE SERVERS OR APPS (SERVICE DEPENDENCIES)

Some products rely on manufacturer or third‑party servers, apps or other online services. If such services fail or are discontinued, we are not responsible for resulting downtime. We will provide reasonable support and, where possible, help you find alternatives, but we cannot guarantee the continued availability of third‑party services.

23. GUARANTEE & WARRANTY

23.1. Unless stated otherwise, products include a 12‑month warranty covering manufacturing faults.

23.2. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

23.3. Out‑of‑warranty repairs may incur parts, labor and shipping costs. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

24. USE OF PRODUCTS, SAFETY & COMPATIBILITY

24.1. Always read and follow the product instructions and applicable laws.

24.2. Do not rely solely on any recording or tracking device for safety‑critical purposes.

24.3. Compatibility: We are not responsible for incompatibility with your systems unless stated in the product description.

25. LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS; FAIR USE & ETHICS

25.1. It is your responsibility to use products legally in your country. Unlawful surveillance may result in law enforcement notification. We accept no liability for misuse or breaches of privacy/criminal law.

Fair use & ethics: You must not use our products for malicious, coercive or abusive surveillance. Breaches may result in account suspension and reporting. Examples include:

(i) surveillance in bathrooms or private bedrooms;

(ii) coercive control or stalking;

(iii) attempts to defeat legal restrictions.

Transmitting equipment: Certain radio transmitting equipment may require approval/licensing in the US. You must not operate non‑approved equipment. Where an item is not approved for US use, it is supplied only for export or permitted research/testing uses where lawful. Always check local laws before purchasing or use.

26. PROMOTIONS, GIFTS & DISCOUNT CODES

26.1. Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and have no cash value. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

26.2. Promotional gifts apply only to qualifying physical products and must be returned if you receive a refund for the associated order.

28. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

28.1. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made, or for losses not caused by our breach.

28.2. We do not accept liability for any unlawful use of our products by you or third parties.

28.3. We supply products primarily for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial or business purpose, we will have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity (this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer).

29. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If such an event affects our performance, we will contact you as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to minimise the effect. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for products you have paid for but not received.

30. FRAUD PREVENTION

We may request additional proof of identity or address where necessary. Refusal may result in cancellation and refund of your order.

31. REVIEWS & USER CONTENT

31.1. We do not publish or tolerate fake or misleading reviews.

31.2. We may take reasonable steps to verify that reviews are from genuine purchasers and may remove reviews that are abusive, unlawful, or appear inauthentic.

31.3. By submitting content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce and publish that content on our Site and marketing channels.

32. TRANSFER OF THIS AGREEMENT

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organization. We will notify you if this happens. You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person if we agree in writing.

33. SEVERANCE

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or regulator, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

34. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Unless expressly stated, no person other than you and us has any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these Terms. This does not affect any rights or remedies of a third party that exist apart from that Act. A recipient of goods as a gift may rely on any transferable product warranty we expressly state is transferable.
