This functional AC Adapter Voice Activated Recorder can be connected to the main's power of most room environments to capture audio evidence for up to 366 hours (14 days). The AC Adapter's inconspicuous design and clever operating mechanism provide easy access to the recorded audio files and menu settings. Both continuous and voice-activated recording modes are supported.
NO RECHARGING OR BATTERIES
Because the AC Adapter is mains powered there are no concerns with battery drain. The moment the AC Adapter is connected to power, it is ready to begin recording according to your preferred recording mode.
A high sensitive microphone is capable of detecting speech at distances up to 25 feet and storing the clear sound recording to an internal removable SD card. A 32 GB Micro SD card can store 344 hours (14 days) of audio before the contents of the card require transferring to a computer for safekeeping.
TIME AND DATE STAMP
Each recorded audio file can optionally be stamped with a time and date, providing an accurate timeline to prove events that had previously taken place.

CONTINUOUS AND VOICE-ACTIVATED RECORDING
Both Voice Activated and Continuous recording modes are supported. When voice activation is enabled, recording will only start and stop when sound or voices are detected above -50 decibels (normal room ambience) and then store each recorded file to the Micro SD card.
When continuous recording is enabled, all room ambience is captured and stored for up to 14 days non-stop. You can pre-set the AC Adapter to create individual files for example; spilt files into 5-minute, 15-minute or 60-minute file lengths etc.
The AC Adapter will stop recording regardless of the recording mode when the SD card is full or when 9999 files are reached - whichever comes first. All audio files are stored in WAV format and chronological order.
Note: When enabling voice-activation recording, the AC Adapter should not be deployed in a noisy environment, for example; close to a radio or TV or near to a humidifier or air-conditioning unit. The AC Adapter's microphone will detect these sounds, creating hundreds of irrelevant files until the SD card is full. It is advised to deploy the AC Adapter in a quiet room environment to capture relevant audio and conversations.
EASY AUDIO ACCESS
The supplied USB cable connects the AC Adapter to a computer for fast and easy access to the settings menu, the time and date and the microphone sensitivity. Access to the audio recordings is by removing the Micro SD card.
Recorded audio files can be played back on a Windows or Mac computer. Relevant files should be stored to the computer for safekeeping while irrelevant files should be erased.
