COMPATIBLE WITH IPHONE AND ANDROID DEVICES
Our WiFi cameras are incredibly user-friendly and require minimal technical expertise.  You'll receive easy, step-by-step instructions and access to our excellent customer support.  There's no fuss with wires or IP configuration; you only need a modern smartphone with internet access.
 
The smartphone app, available from the Apple or Google Play Store, serves as the control hub for the Ghost Camera.  It's intuitive and perfect for beginners to the tech-savvy.
 
POWER BANK OR MAINS POWERED
The Ghost Camera is designed without an internal power source.  We've made this choice to prevent issues stemming from internal battery degradation.  Connecting the Ghost unit to mains power allows for unlimited operation.  Alternatively, connecting to a 10,000 mAh Power Bank provides 18 hours of use.  You can opt for a higher capacity Power Bank for extended battery life, provided the output doesn't exceed 5V | 2A.
 
SD CARD BACKUP PLUS SECURE CLOUD STORAGE
The Ghost unit intentionally lacks internal memory.  This means if you only wish to view footage remotely, no internal storage is necessary.  The unit accepts SD cards up to 32 GB (not included).  Optionally, you can set up an encrypted Cloud storage account within the smartphone app to store all your crucial video files.  This ensures that even if your camera is stolen or damaged, you can still access all your stored video files from the cloud—anytime—anywhere.
 
NO WIFI? NO WORRIES
If the Ghost Camera loses its WiFi connection, you'll receive a 'camera offline' push notification after 30 minutes.  The camera will continue monitoring the environment and storing video files per your record settings.  While you can't view the camera live during a WiFi disconnection, it will continue capturing recorded files while offline.  These files will automatically appear in the smartphone app once the WiFi connection is restored.
 
If WiFi isn't available at the premises, consider purchasing a portable MiFi Dongle to provide a wireless 4G | 5G network for the camera.  The camera can connect to a smartphone's Personal Hotspot (tethering).  Read the 'More Information' tab for further details.
 
INVISIBLE SSID CAMERA
For added security, the camera's SSID won't display when connected to a WiFi network, keeping it hidden from third parties searching for connected WiFi devices on the network.
 
OPTIONAL 16-FOOT POWER CABLE
 
The Ghost unit comes with a one-metre power cable.  We also offer a 16-foot power cable, which can be ordered from the menu above.
