Magnetic GSM 4G Audio Bug; with LIVE listening and Voice Activated Feature
Professionally designed and hand-built in the UK, the GSM Spark is a remote audio listening device that can be called from a smartphone to listen clearly to the surrounding room or vehicle environment anywhere in the world.  The product supports 4G worldwide network coverage.  An ultra-thin Neodymium magnetic base provides deployment to metal surfaces, and a class-leading battery management guarantees one of the best standalone GSM listening devices on the market.
 
WORKS STRAIGHT OUT OF THE BOX
The GSM module is designed to accept most SIM cards ready to slot into the device.  The module handles the initial mundane network processes and text messages when fitting a new card.  An LED indicates when the device is ready to use.
 
MICROPHONE AMPLIFICATION PLUS NOISE BUFFER
The sound quality is very clear due to being fitted with one of the finest microphones for amplification.  A built-in noise filter fades the background of TV/Radio to concentrate on spoken foreground sounds.
 
The audio level is boosted with superior clarity if you insert a pair of Apple AirPods.  You will hear a satisfactory difference between listening on your smartphone and listening through a pair of Apple AirPods.  Conversations are easily picked up at distances exceeding 30 feet, depending on the room ambience.  Other brand earphones may be equally as good.
 
SOUND DETECTION FEATURE
Depending on the working environment, the GSM Spark's microphone can remotely monitor the surrounding audio levels and trigger a notification to call your smartphone when sound is detected above -40db (the normal room acoustic level without noise).
 
Note: Enabling the Sound Detection feature will absorb more battery performance because the microphone consistently monitors sound levels.
 
CLASS-LEADING BATTERY MANAGEMENT
The GSM Spark is fitted with an 1800 mAh fully rechargeable battery with a super-efficient battery management drawing just 0.3 mAh during standby (standby = switched ON but not calling into the device) and 120 mAh during call time.  Under bench test conditions, these calculations equated to a performance of 10 days of standby time and 10 hours of call time (per charge).
 
Note: The GSM Spark can be connected to an external Power Bank for longer operational usage.  The Power Bank we offer is 10,000 mAh and is one of the smallest power banks for its capacity.  The Power Bank can also recharge smartphones and tablets and is a handy travel accessory to keep in the glove compartment.
 
MAGNETIC DEPLOYMENT
The GSM Spark can be deployed in many environments, and a thin magnetic neodymium strip is applied to the base for attachment to metal surfaces.  The magnetic strip is isolated from the internal electronic components that would otherwise cause interference.
 
RECORD THE AUDIO
If you wish to record the audio that you can hear from the GSM Spark, consider the iPhone / Smartphone Mobile Call Recorder.  The Call Recorder is a super handy device that connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth to record and store both sides of the call in the Call Recorder's internal memory.
 
To use the Smartphone Call Recorder, enable Bluetooth and then enable Bluetooth on your smartphone to sync both devices together.  The call can be recorded when you listen into the GSM Spark and if you want to record your mobile incoming and outgoing calls too.
 
The iPhone / Smartphone Recorder can be optionally purchased from the menu above.

Note: A USB mains plug (not supplied) will be required to recharge the device from a mains power, or you can purchase a genuine Apple USB mains plug from the menu above.  The GSM Spark can be charged through a computer, although charging times will take longer.
