Mini Digital Audio Recorder Pro; with PCM Stereo and 110 Days Standby Time
 
On the surface, this is a decent quality Mini Digital Voice Recorder for general note-taking or capturing audio of meetings when placed inside a pocket etc.  However, its main attribute which is not found on other similar Digital Recorders is the ability to hibernate in a deep sleep mode for 110 days, while still remaining active to record whenever sound is detected.  In real terms, you can deploy the recorder in a room or vehicle and should there be audio detected after day 109 - there will still be enough battery power to capture the conversation.
 
The pocket-sized Digital Recorder has a small LCD for easy navigation through the settings menu so that you can select different audio quality modes for example; PCM quality provides the best and clearest sound clarity - even at distances up to 25 30 feet away, and stores each audio recording in MP3 format.  The recorder has a 4GB memory capacity which is ample storage for most users.
 
TOUCH BUTTON SVOS FUNCTION
This unique super-low battery power saving function can be enabled by a single switch located at the side of the device.  Once enabled, the Digital Recorder powers down, turning off the LCD display and LED.  The voice-activated mode is automatically enabled and the microphone remains active throughout 110 days (16 weeks) - monitoring and waiting to capture conversations.  This amazing function can be powered by just 2x AA batteries required by the Digital Recorder (not supplied).
 
SELECTABLE RECORDING MODES
While the SVOS feature (above) offers outstanding functionality, other selectable recording modes are available through the LCD menu and ideal for recording meetings, interviews, lectures and general dictation.
 
For example; PCM mode is the highest audio quality and will store 24 hours, HQ mode is the next highest quality setting and will store 30 hours and Standard mode 130 hours. For the most storage, Long-Play mode can hold 520 hours.  The recorder can also operate without batteries when connected to a computer, and then record until it's four (4) GB storage memory is full.
 
NOISE FILTERING MICROPHONE
To fine-tune audio clarity, the ALC noise-filtering function can be enabled from within the LCD settings, designed to minimise low-band background noise and focus more on the foreground speech.  This function helps to provide a more precise, defined, and well-balanced audio recording.
 
USE AS A MASS STORAGE DEVICE
The Digital Recorder can also be used as a Mass Storage which can hold your important files, documents, images, or any other material in any of the storage folders labelled A, B, C or D.  As an example, you could specify Folder A to store audio recordings, Folder B to store music, Folder C for sensitive documents and Folder D for other miscellaneous.
 
The Mini Digital Voice Recorder Pro has a Password Protection system which can be enabled to prevent unauthorised users from accessing recorded audio files.
 
WINDOWS AND MAC COMPATIBLE
Recorded audio files can be played back through a Windows or Mac computer, but also through the recorders in-built speaker by connecting earphones - which is ideal when travelling or on the move.
